Tommy Tucker, the 66 year old horse trainer from Robertsdale, AL, who gives horse riding lessons primarily to children, was indicted on two counts of felony criminal sexual abuse on December 4, 2014. Tucker was arrested on similar charges in September 2013, for alleged abuses that occurred while he was giving horseback riding lessons to girls under age 16 during sleep overs at the ranch. With this latest indictment, Tucker is out on $40,000 bail and under house arrest after he allegedly abused a girl, who is under 16 years old.
Investigators at Baldwin Legal Investigations, Inc. were retained by the defense team for Tucker and assisted in the case by conducting independent investigations concerning the Robertsdale man.
