By PAT PETERSON
Reporter

FAIRHOPE -- Search Warrant Contains Exaggerations". Eric Buzbee's lawyer has filed a motion to suppress the search warrant executed on Eric Buzbee's home. Our hope is Mr. Buzbee will be exonerated of any suspicion and when the district attorney reads what we've uncovered, we're hoping she will re-focus their investigation elsewhere. Being a person of interest does not justify the execution of a search warrant.
