Baldwin Legal Investigations recently concluded an investigation for our attorney client who was representing a father trying to regain custody of his two minor daughters. BLI was hired to locate the mother and daughters, investigate the living conditions, and present testimony in court.
After numerous events of surveillance and locates they were finally able to find the mother’s residence. BLI’s child custody investigators were then able to go inside the mother’s home and report what they found, which included extremely poor and unsanitary conditions. Utilities were turned off, there were animal feces everywhere, the refrigerator contained old food with maggots, and so much more. After BLI completed their child custody investigation, provided video and photographic documentation, and testified in court, the attorney was able to win the case for the father.
